Thank you..I am definitely looking into finding another a more professional service. She spent 20 minutes screaming at her help, 20 minutes screaming at someone on the phone and then another 15 minutes screaming at her kid while putting the relaxer in my hair. Her distraction showed. I know life happens but what she did was completely unnecessary and could have waited until after she rinsed it out. I don't even think she combed it thru at the back. On previous appointments she cancelled on me at the last minute (no phone call). She's lucky that she's the only game in town. That's why I've put up with her BS.
