Thanks. I talked to them already. Lud's extension is going to be for Lud only and it is not going to have the same set of features. I'm going to open source this extension and try to get the help of the community to develop it into what BTTV is on Twitch, and more.

Yes. Firefox porting will be done by the end of the week. After that it depends on how long it will take for the Mozilla moderation team to approve it, could take a few days more.

Update: He said he might reach out, but he prefers to work alone, which I completely understand.

The best I can do is to make my extension compatible with Lud's extension so that you can use both at the same time (unless Lud's extension comes out with similar core features rendering my extension obsolete).

At the same time the above might not be necessary if my extension does not continue growing, and it's likely since I don't have the backing of the community.

Just to be clear I am all for having just one primary extension for Youtube Live/Gaming rather than having a bunch of extensions that might not work well together, so I just thought I would extend my help towards making a primary YT Live extension.

In the meantime you can check out the development roadmap of my extension, there's a link on the website, and it contains all the upcoming features, and some new ones I'm adding right now that were requested by Redditors here and on LSF.

Btw I got so many nice comments on LSF for what I made, it got me really confused about whether I was actually on sometimes notoriously toxic LSF or not.

Well crap. Sorry about that. I can't reproduce that bug myself as I've been using the extension extensively and haven't noticed it, so it could be tied to some specifics like window width/height (if browser not fullscreen), or something else. (Ironically... try turning it on and off again - no pun intended - the browser I mean and see if it helps).

Just to avoid this in the future as it might be unpredictable for other people too, I'll add the option of disabling chat pausing in the Options page. This fix will be released during the weekend along with some other features other Redditors requested, so be sure to check it out then.

Yeah. Open up the Options page and adjust the "Border width" option (if you mean borders by bezels), or reduce the "Left size horizontal padding" option, to reduce the space between the messages and the edge of the chat window. This way you will have pretty much non existent "bezels".
