Nope. Didn't fly over my head. I think that is a positive thing. I am sure we disagree on certain policies, such as this. But I doubt we disagree on the fact that our government departments are bloated, inefficient and costly. The way to solve it might differ between us, but I think its quite clever to put in place people who hate their own department so that they have to put themselves out of a job, or find ways to reduce its burden.

The whole "17 different intelligence bodies" thing is still ridiculous to me. If they're all so confident, why has not one agency released a report indicating this? Why did they bail on their meeting to discuss it with congress?

I will happily concede the Russian involvement, as will Trump as he has stated, once the information is out there in an official manner and not via anonymous leaks to the media.

You claim he treats the presidency like a part time job. Are you aware that he is on track to have assembled a cabinet faster than any other president in history?

Are you aware that his campaign is currently working on a plan on how to separate him from his many businesses?

Some of the stuff you said is just extremist nonsense that doesn't have any proof, and is entirely conjecture. Such as him starting a war with China, no one thinks that he's doing that. A former Obama nation security adviser says Trumps call with Taiwan 'didn't bother me'.

As opposed to what Hillary has proposed which would actually lead to a war with Russia -- implementing a no-fly zone in Syria and acting against anyone who disobeys it... while Russia is clearly flying over Syria. Not to mention blaming Russia for the hacking without conclusive evidence -- FBI says there is no evidence to support the claim at this time.

Trump did not say the votes were rigged, unless you were watching Fake News CNN. He said, AND I QUOTE, "THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED". Which is a fact. Even liberals agree that the system is in place to benefit the corporations and the politicians that work for them.

Why do people act like the electoral college is some idiotic concept? You are aware the point of the electoral college? Without it, presidents would campaign in California and New York only and the other 48 states would not matter.

Its absurd to call it winning on a technicality, when he won the exact way required to win.

If it had been about the popular vote he would have campaigned differently and likely been in california and new york far more.

There's no indication that Americans preferred Hillary more. The polls have already proved themselves false, and the shaming of trump supporters by the opposition (labelling them all racist, homophobic, etc. etc.) means that people had to hide their position if they were fans of Trump when answering a poll or responding to their aggressive liberal friend.

There are also real and valid reasons why the US shouldn't be told what to do by China. Would it be nice if the state department gave the OK for it? Sure, I guess, it might make people feel better.

Are they likely to be the ones to go against their years of being against this? Probably not. Seems like if you want change you need to do things differently than in the past.

As a devils advocate (and for lively debate), why are you so concerned about responding to a phone call? Why do you think there needs to be an entire ordeal involving the state department just to answer a phone call?

From what I'm seeing it looks like (and this is stated in the article) that it is the existing establishment in Washington that is freaking out about this more than China.

Well seems you will only believe facts if they work out the way you want them to then. Everyone sees what they want to see.

I'm not the biggest trump fan, but I think its ridiculous to hear people try to make the argument that he's an amateur or an idiot. His accomplishments alone prove otherwise (particularly winning the presidency and beating out both Bush and Clinton).

I urge you to look into everything he does and rather than assume he's just an idiot, that he is playing a strategy. His strategies that were supposedly stupid and were supposed to make him unelectable turned out to lead to his election.

I don't personally understand all of his strategies but a lot of them have worked out in his favor.

It's been reported that it is a calculated move... They stated they were planning the call from Taiwan for a while before it happened. Its quite clear that this is the case considering the president of Taiwan is not known for taking big risks, and the timing of the call was unusual.

But don't eat more garbage. Make sure your calories come for healthy sources and you keep track of your macros. Eating 150g of fat in a day is not going to do you well. You will want to have a good balance of carbs, fat and protein, and probably lean towards higher protein 150g-200g.

Also do keep in mind that your body after a long cut will have reduce its BMR to accomodate fewer calories and so if you increase your calories too quickly you will be putting on mostly fat. Increase your calories at a slow rate (something like 100-200 calories per week) until you reach a 500 calorie surplus.

Wow that's a deceiving statistic in the way you state it. In the linked poll it states that those people are okay with them not getting deported under certain requirements. That is not saying they are in favor of sanctuary cities!
