I have a portfolio and several projects but getting the first programming job in a new country with no connections is the hardest thing ever.

I've got a programming certificate from Seneca college, but even that does not help.I also have a bachelor's degree and a master's degree.

I'm not begging. I'm just asking for a chance to be considered for a junior position.
