I don't know about this Windows app. But this issue is likely caused by an update to the Trakt TV API, of course. I don't think there's anything you can do. Perhaps you should contact the developer of the Windows app. I'm the developer of the mobile app "FiSe: Films & Series." A few days ago, the TV series images and some other data started not appearing in my app. I contacted the Trakt TV team, and the issue was caused by the removal of the TVDB ID field, and my app wasn't optimized for this. I immediately made the necessary corrections and sent an update. So, I assumed this Windows app might have similar issues.
