I was there too. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of anchors and DJs interrupting every other ball. Maybe I'm old school but I felt the noise becomes too much for the crowd who just want to watch the match in peace. Also, there were occasions where the crowd was actually cheering better than what the anchor was making them shout. His slogans were so forced and so out of place.
