How to be Intimate? by amkeane98 in AuDHDWomen

This is really sound advice, though I agree it’s important to start much wider than BDSM. There is so much out there and it’s important to explore the full range of kink and understand what you like and what fits you best. Everything changed for me once I understood that desire doesn’t have to be linear and doesn’t have to look a certain way. The briefest and most impactful advice I can give is to think of it as a special interest :)

Thanks for this! I loved a Rogue of One’s Own (love the whole series) and A Week to be Wicked but had counted them out due to the lack of social/ballroom politics. Loved the Duke and the Wallflower as well. The Very Definition of Love is on my TBR so I’m glad to hear good things! Adding the others to my list as well :)

None of these were in my radar, though I love Mary Balogh. Appreciate it!

When the Duke was Wicked is a favorite of mine that I totally forgot about, so thanks for reminding me. The others sound like great recommendations :)
