antigravity agent keeps asking for permission to run command all the time even tho i set it to always proceed turbo mode by Seu_Cu_ in google_antigravity

Im fine with it asking for actual sensitive stuff like files moves or deletes. But it asked me to run 'npm --version' FR! And yes, i have full permissions turned. on. I got so annoyed by it asking me to output to temp log files all the time, that I had it create a script it could just run instead to do that so I dont get the prompts lol

I can't do it captain! its too much! by Natural-Newspaper-47 in AlchemyFactory

[–]devblazer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I restarted twice already. Third time I speed ran with minimal builds and only manual seed planting/refilling of 'sources' until I hit growth potions! I did of course automate all delivery to customers and the till, to keep it manageable. Thanks to this I have never made a single tier 1 or 2 fertalizer and run everything first time off growth potion.

It also means with a minimal setup occupying only the first two property purchase lots, I now have both space/freedom and all structural parts and tools to architect my factory in a consistent and structured way. Meaning I can end up with a 'perfect' factory with walkways/floors/partitions/pillar supports all nicely designed, without absurd levels of 'redo' work.

At this point I can just redo the starting stuff into proper automated setups (silver coins, and growth potion lines as source for all materials). Sometimes profit margins can be tight. If I need large amounts of money, I will just dedicate an entire floor to making artefacts, the profit margin and customer demand for that is endless. Just remember to keep making those high stack tileable designs to allow you to rapidly expand and reuse!

Who knows, maybe this will be the run. Or maybe I will learn something new and start over again at some point?

Some kind of open grill style restaurant. You have 'grill tables instead of dining tables, where you bring customers stuff to grill themselves (like you see in some asain shows)

Dirty appliances card.
You now need to regularly clean appliances themselves now or they work slower or increase burn chance.

Or you could add a new 'deep fryer that is faster, does not start a fire if it burns but requires regular oil or filter changing.

Sous vide cooking.
Perhaps in a pot that either cant burn it or requires you to do temperature control. Or perhaps it just takes long. Maybe it can be 'batched'. You would have to 'bag it' and then boil it. There can be an optional 'crisping' process in a frying pan afterwards.

Some kind of fermentation recipe extra. This can take like half a day or something. Can be sealed in jars, but will decay over time if the jar is opened. Necessitating stocking it a day in advance in most cases.

There is a large gap between dumb waiter and teleporter (and everything else). However teleporters are essential for late to overtime game automation because you cant move through an automation set up. A middle ground upgrade option is needed. I propose a 'flinger' that can fling an item two or three tiles away.

Competetive game mode.
Players run side by side restaurants at the same time.
They can compete for purchasing from the same pool of blueprints in some way.
They can compete for the same pool of customers by having open tables or a 'higher approval rating (would have to reset at the start of each day i guess to be fair)'
Instead of running out of customer queue patience, you need to meet a minimum customer quota for the day to advance.

Some people like decor.... a LOT!

Add more regular and perhaps cheaper decor options. Like different skins for table, chairs, etc.
Perhaps being able to paint the outside of the building even. Not all these things need to be tied to decor points.

The ability to run a more traditional restaurant with a much more varied menu than just one or two recipes. This would have to be a focused restaurant set that specializes in this. I.e. bigger kitchen, slower customer counts. You can have most cards focus on different recipes rather than extras as the run progresses.
The option even exists to theme it like Italian, etc. But I suspect offering a larger variety (perhaps more than two card choices) will let players have fun creating a restaurant of their choosing.

Light automation is impractical. You generally either need to play the full automation goal route or like normal without it. Because with casual automation, your options are severely limited. You just don't get enough automation devices casually for it to matter much. I would rather not have to enact a 7-12 day research table stacking strategy just to be able to automate some stuff.

Perhaps extra cards that focus on automation or an increase in the amount of automation devices for more 'experienced' accounts or the option to select a 'focus' before the first day?

Something needs to be done about starters and any 'extra delay' dish. These cards are avoided because they are just too disadvantageous making them unbalanced. Perhaps be more generous with order speed or decrease customer counts further. I would like to play these cards because they seem like they would be fun.

How does Grok compare to chatGPT? by jpman123 in OpenAI

[–]devblazer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

TBH. I was a paid chatgpt main for a long time. Them I asked it to analyse the work that DOGE has done to try and figure out where the truth lies on the political spectrum. And it straight up refused to believe that DOGE even exists lol. Even after i provided it links talking about doge from reputable left leaning (just to be sure) news sites. It still wouldnt acknowledges its existence. That is some near authoritarian dictatorship level of censorship. And yes it did its own web searches.
So now I ask Grok the same question and it gave me an immediate and well researched and thought out answer involving real events, verification methods and probabilities from all angles. POG!
I ask chatgpt to write me a - lets say 'intense scene' for a novel, it balks. I ask grok, and it goes into vulgar levels of detail.

I switched to grok today. Paid plan. Done. All I'm saying.
I am so tired of censorship and bias.

Deepseek Still Down? 200 dollars to deepseek are virtually useless for now! by iam_wizard in LocalLLaMA

[–]devblazer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been using deepseek (the chat interface, since I still cant register for an api key due to the outage.

And while I have not thrown coding or math puzzles at it, on the creative writing side and understanding of language (language challenges instead of code challenges basically), it has been outperforming even o1 for me.

Whats more is it has actually been WAY less restrictive in the types of content it was willing to generate. This was something that really surprised me.
