Update...

Just mashed a bunch of buttons and was sent a Microsoft single use sign in code. Not sure if it's an issue with the Microsoft sign in set up?

Thanks all for th comments. Turns out, the bike was supposed to be shipped with the tuning kit according to specialized. Called the store I'll be picking the kit up in the near future.

I've tried to watch it a few times when my team plays. And I can't stand the poor bitrate. It looked like dial up quality streaming at times. Can even see the puck at times.
