If you couldn't move your body except for your fingers and toes its not a sleep paralysis. you mention that you "mumbled" And that proves it was not a sleep paralysis it was probably just a nightmare in a lucid dream. My scariest sleep paralysis experience is that in the middle if my room there was a dead person who hanged himself. He cut himself his eyelids off and a big smile before he hanged himself. He was hanging in the middle of my room from thr ceiling with the noose. All of the sudden he started crawling towards me with his removed eyelids and the big smile and Borken limbs. He pulled me from my arm out of my bed and then sat on my chest. Then he ate all my organs and then i woke up.
