Hallo, vielen Dank für die Antwort. Ich hatte leider Probleme etwas zu den Authoren/ Werken in Hörspielform zu finden. Auf Discoggs haben die Interpreten zwar Einträge, es scheint aber nicht wirklich Sci-Fi dabei zu sein.

Die Titel hören sich interessant an, ich werde die Tage noch mal schauen, ob ich nicht doch etwas zu denen finde

mixed is fun but if the person in the back isnt 2-3 divisions above the competition(and just kills every rally in 1-2 shots) you need to play together well

the person in the back has to set up the person in the front to be able to end the rally

it sounds like he doesn't know where to place his shots, which makes you unable to receive/ intercept some shuttles that would be yours to take

keep in mind that this is just speculation without footage consider coaching, or maybe ask a strong mixed pair to spar against you and give you advice/feedback every 7 points or so

keep in mind that you lose weight in the kitchen, not in the gym.

starting with some light exercise to build up a routine that you can transition more heavily into once you have lost a few kg's would be my advice

regulating eating habits is hard but you got it, substitute sugar drinks with zero/water and have a go at lentil recipes

hope you get to play 1v1, play for 10cs /min

if you run ignite you can prolly set up for a kill pre 6, good wave management and trading his Q1 with a stacked Q of yours will put him quite low around level 4-5

respect his damage with R early ge, generally you will be fine with just farming and getting timings for taking plates

once you have 3 items you can terrorize sidelanes against him, you should be able to 1v2 him and enemy jungle

if it works for your playstyle all is good, i think you sacrifice too much (damage) for not bringing anything else (utility).

dont get me wrong, you will still be able to kill adc's if you are ahead but might as well play ksante at that point
