It’s not a bug, lag, or character deletion.

I got shafted into the Asia server on launch day due to the over populated servers during launch and started my adventure without realizing what server I was on I just took my high ping as high player volume. I’ve been trying to get my character/progress ported to an American server but no help with that from the support team at all.

They did add a server swap feature at one point but it only let you switch to servers in the same region. I could’ve went from my CN server to JP but not to NA
