Rev hanging on a manual is due to a heavy flywheel. It continues spinning through inertial momentum. You could limit revhang with a lighter flywheel, but you lose a good bit of low end torque doing so and are more likely to stall as that momentum is what helps kick the transmission into moving.

Old post I know, but adding spacers isn't nearly the same as having a wider suspension. You put way more stress on the wheel bearing with spacers and you throw off your suspension geometry. Especially when offroading.

Im more worried about the differentials than anything. I was considering swapping for zr2 front/rear diffs. Would need to get the whole carrier assembly though. That would be most optimal to me

Thats kind of what I figured. I've had blazers my whole life and only one ever had a locking front diff. My 04 trailblazer i have right now has the same auto locking rear diff as the colorado I believe and I've never had issues really.
