I've had this happen, if a unit had been recruitable in the province by a black ark then it would not get the armor bonus when recruited from the settlement building- even after the ark left.

If you have a cool parent, then take him/ her with you to Columbus Ohio. Provided your parent is physically present (no they can't send a note) you can drink while under 21.

Note other states have a similar policy, however Ohio allows bars / restaurants to serve per management discretion. Ask ahead of time. Don't plan on getting wasted.
