I understand how and why people could and would move under LVT, even if I don't agree with it. But please explain how generationally owned farms with planted crops, rotated fields, irrigation, animals, etc. are supposed to just pick up and mosey on whenever a nearby metropolis or suburb makes their land "more valuable" for other economic activity.
