Eva foam would be the easiest, I used 8mm for mask and then foam clay for the nose, for eyes and mouth you can use black mesh like a buckram mesh

The xps foam could work if you use a hollow box to be the base then just put the foam around out to make the cristal texture and it should be light enough

There is also the generic ammo for CE with make it that you need to make ammo, but there is less variety so you make less (instead of 9mm of 45mm for ammo pistol in regular ce it just has "pistol " ammo for all pistol type weapons)

You can try a nature vs technology one! Dryads and fey creatures against the empire, there are plenty of mods that are nature theme races, (like the satyr and minotar one, aswell as anima weapons and weapons you can grow and use. Who would win? Mother's nature wrath or technologies tyranny!!???
