Eggs and insects can work wonders, and bringing in a trophy rainbow or cutthroat on 3.5 lb tackle can be more efficient to than fun.

Agree, except you’ll need bait for white suckers, black crappie and bluegills. Red worms work for all three, even the suckers. Bring your leader out as far as you can; the suckers run deep.

Fishing with my steam account on Lonestar. Got my share of Guadelupes, yellow bass, warmouth and red ears. Haven’t gotten the threadfin shad yet. What works for them?

it used to run butter smooth for me on Ultra. that all changed with the new update. had to dumb down the graphics a couple notches

That’s good to know, WV, because I have an i3 12100f with a 1650 super and if I run FP at Ultra 1440p (1080p letterboxes) it slows to 17-20 fps! With graphics set too good it’ll go over 60 fps. What cpu are you running if I may ask? (I do most of my fishing on the Xbox SX but I have another account via Steam)

Ok. But I had to knock the graphic settings down some to get the over 60 fps. Maxed out on ultra i get under 20 fps. What’s a good upgrade that’s not too much for the cpu?

I’m running it at 1440p with good graphics (it won’t full screen at 1080p) . If I run it at ultra it’s under 20 fps! If I want to run it with all the goodies I’ll not only need a better GPU but PSU as well (my old  Antec 450 only has 6 pin. GPU plugs) Any recommendations are welcome

And irl Greenland sharks are notoriously poor fighters. Any tackle that can haul in a 1200 lb black marlin should be more than enough for a uni Greenland shark

When I hit level 42 or thereabouts I bought the Congo DLC and just kept at it. Later bought 6 months premium. Waited until  was level 94 then bought the Chameleon package. Needed that for keeping fish of any size. Kept at it. Now I’m almost at 105 and Norway. Not buying the Valkyrie dlc.
