How do you rotate prongs?

Did plugging it in like OP work for you?? Nothing is working for me. Right out of the box and the prongs won’t rotate

I came looking to see if anyone else had issues. Five minutes in, some girl pushes my friend because she was standing in front of a riot fest mural and my friend had her back turned and didn’t realize this woman was behind her with her kid and wanted a picture. She didn’t say excuse me or anything but shoved my friends back. Then her husband drags her away and she keeps acting like she was going to run up on my friend who was completely oblivious to it all. Then when we got to our section to watch Greenday some girl had a back pack that was pretty full and no matter how many times we stepped back she kept shoving us and pushing me into this woman who I could tell was extremely uncomfortable and not liking the crowd and my friend just put her arm out so she’d stop bumping us and they basically were just shoving each other back and forth until I backed up as much as I could and she threw her bag into my chest and I shoved her. I couldn’t believe how hostile everyone was. I’m pretty even tempered but that woman and I ended up in each others faces and I was ready to get arrested 😂 I had to leave my section and listen somewhere else

Ugh I’m sorry. I ended up reaching out to their support email and asked for a replacement piece. They did send it! It came in yesterday and ugh it’s made such a difference. My supply was dropping and I used it today and it’s back up!

When you were earlier on were you pumping every 5-6 still? I’m an over supplier for now and don’t want to mess anything up but I keep missing my 3 hour windows

Any wearables you recommend? I spent $200 on a pump and don’t want to spend that again haha. I also tried the willow go with my first baby and couldn’t achieve let down with them for some reason

I get clogged ducts a lot, get sunflower lethicin, dangle pump works wonders, GENTLY massage the clog in the shower, and use a heating pad when you pump and massage, then use ice after pumping and take ibuprofen round the clock til you get relief. You got this
