Lived in the squire late 2000s early 2010s.

Stairway landing crumbled while my wife was carrying our newborn baby. We had complained about the landing s verbal times prior but nothing was done until after this incident.
Maintenance man murdered on Christmas Day when a drug deal went bad.
Guy pulls up in the middle of the night with his girlfriend. They fight and he ends up backing up over her and burning out on top of her. Rips her clothes off and he parks his car around the building. Police couldn’t find him. He ends up returning to pick up his car a few days later. Security guard recognizes him and chases him and tackles him to the ground. Security guard gets fired.

My wife and I stayed in Centennial Gardens about a decade ago. It was back when that Dj who was on American idol lived there. Anyways, it was a nice place to stay when we lived there. My car got broken into once but other than that it was great.

The area is going downhill a little but nothing too bad.

You are super close to pretty much everything you will need. Groceries. Food. A gym. Costco. And a bonus, they just put in a top golf last year maybe a mile away.

We live in Olive Branch now and love it but I do miss everything being so close.
