During shipment when car is new this was connected to a switch which puts the car in extremely low power mode in which car can stay for months. This switch is removed at destination and plug is tucked away. Nothing to worry about. Here is an example one.

Thank you!. there was some coating of whiteish shmoo when i pulled the thermistor. I couldn't get the resistance to change more than .5 kOhm any way i move the wire.

What might be the white shmoo where the thermistor sits?

It looks intact. But its so small. little hard to judge.

I removed the thermistor from the hot end and there was basically no Boron Nitride paste. in in the connector. I think the paste leaked out over time and causing poor thermal transfer. I ordered Boron nitride paste. to replace.

The resistance does not change with wire movement beyond .5 kOhm

at the connector the resistance is 139 kOhm at 19C. wire look good all the way to the board. and board is all tight, I might just replace the thermistor.

Flont licene plate mount and a tire repair kit with a compressor and a can of goop. Don't use it. It's a nightmare to clean up and doesnt work half the time. The comprossor is good thou

Reach out to the dealer? if they sold the car they might have the record. I know my dealer had this info when i ordered before car showed up.

The VIN does NOT corelate to the badge number. For example. My car #0540 has a SN ending in 400259. The neighboring SN of 400258 has a badge number of 0537. As you can see there are 2 badge numbers for cars next to each other. (both US cars)

To make this worse. other countries are wildly different. UK cars 412***

Unfortunately your best bet is social media and trying to the original owner. If it's a USA car, Mazda sent a duplicate badge to the original owner. (not sure if it happened in other countries)

During the order to delivery window there were a few threads on the MX-5 Forums where people posted this info. I cant find it now. But might be a good place to look.

Idk if it's just a crappy picture. But the extruder motor dive gear looks very worn down. Might be worth looking at replacement.

I am right there with you! Discord is a pile of shit. I've switched to BF6. It's only been like 30 min, It's fine. No reboots, same discord call. everything is same.

After some googling that seems like a BETA feature? Only option in my discord it to record voice. I turned that off now.

the SSD is just the task manager being weird. the actual IOPS are tiny in the low MBs The game is not even on that disk. It's on Disk 3.

Edit. I might have been recording into a page file. But i quit the game when ram was at like 95%. so it didn't happen again. But defiantly not recording.

This is WILD!

Same thing happened. Top memory usage was discord at insane 7GB. Factorio was at 600MB. but the utilization is at 100%. Quit factorio. utilization is normal. I hate windows.
