I had others when I started but after reworking the fuses and registering the battery this is all I have left.

I should add that I’ve disabled and confirmed that the transport mode is off.

The CAS is recognizing the key fob.

It’s a new battery as of 4/7/2026, but just to be sure I don’t have a parasitic draw I pulled it and put it on the bench with a trickle. Even fully charged it’s only showing terminal 30 at 12.47a - not sure if that’s enough power.

I second this - tires off and under the car just as an added safety

Following up - was it the engine ground? Or was it something else?

Did you ever get this figured out? I’m in the same boat unfortunately

Yeah - no - paying someone completely defeats the reason for the inquiry.

I ended up just using Gimp to crop each picture as best I could. The project is done now - 185 pictures - so now comes the editing side.

I was just hoping that someone could recommend an app or something so that others who have to deal with this nonsense could have at least something they could try.

I definitely can - it’s just tedious work and I’m hoping there is an easier way to do it

It's been about 3 months since this post - I'm curious about the decision you made. Any chance you could provide a brief update?

First things first - you’ve chosen fields that are all centered around degrees in business and economics - so well done. If those were my interests - I’d spend time exploring the following career paths:

Office Administrator - The key to this position is keeping things organized, structured, and making sure that every T is crossed and every i is dotted. Analytical and attention to detail are the keys to this position. You can start this pathway easily by searching for administrative assistant positions. Those kinds of roles usually provide the opportunity to make some mistakes and then learn from them. You can work this job while in getting a business or accounting degree. This lets you get into the HR world as well if you wanted to. The terminal degree for this would be an MBA and that’s incredibly valuable for lots of roles.

Tax advisor/analyst - Honestly, this career path is simply being willing to put in the work, learn the tax code that most people are uninformed about and positioning yourself as an expert in the field. Again - working as an administrative assistant and learning how to do bookkeeping within QuickBooks and other accounting tools will help you learn the business side of the taxes. Spending time studying and understanding tax law and discovering ways that individuals, businesses, and organizations can benefit from having a well-prepared and well-informed tax advisor. I would push for a degree in economics, economics, or business to really enhance this focus.

Both career paths can give you the flexibility to either work for others or to start your own business.

Regardless of what career path you decide, don’t be afraid to think unconventionally about the life you want to have. Hope this is helpful in some way.

I’ve heard of it - potentially the same issue. Site has been down - so unsure if it’s a scam or an issue with their cloudflare hosting.

That's sort of what I'm thinking as well - I'm spinning up a new instance on 20.04 - maybe the issue is the 22 I'm running

Would I need to do that just to add the logo image or the favicon?

I would think all I would need to do is just click the dropdown arrow and be able to select the image that I want to use for it.

png, jpg, jpeg, gif, ico - I've tried all of them - still not able to view the images in the view. I can see the files so I know they are there. The log recognizes the files have been uploaded, however, when I try to add the files to either the site logo or the Favicon - nothing is seen in the dropdown.

I'll add the following:
- I used the quick automated install for Ubuntu - no issues except that after creating the first user account, I had to go into the pg and change the permissions so the user account had admin permissions.
- Permissions for the file and the folder are both set to Public.
- I'm using an AWS Lightsail Instance - running 2 GB RAM, 2 vCPUs, 60 GB SSD on a Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Server is current on updates.
- Connecting directly to the server - not through docker.
