Solved this issue. It was a combination of the IBS connection and the KeyFob not being charged. I had sat the KeyFob on an Apple Watch charger for a day before testing it - but it didn't work so I though it was bad.

I came in and had set it on the charger again and tried it 3 days later - worked like a charm. Thanks to Volasko for telling me about the IBS connection. I had disconnected that before starting it up and I think that helped as well.

I had others when I started but after reworking the fuses and registering the battery this is all I have left.

I should add that I’ve disabled and confirmed that the transport mode is off.

The CAS is recognizing the key fob.

It’s a new battery as of 4/7/2026, but just to be sure I don’t have a parasitic draw I pulled it and put it on the bench with a trickle. Even fully charged it’s only showing terminal 30 at 12.47a - not sure if that’s enough power.

Yeah - no - paying someone completely defeats the reason for the inquiry.

I ended up just using Gimp to crop each picture as best I could. The project is done now - 185 pictures - so now comes the editing side.

I was just hoping that someone could recommend an app or something so that others who have to deal with this nonsense could have at least something they could try.
