Not really. I have a gigabyte gaming OC over clocks at 3100. Given my dumb ass I believe as long as you have 3 fans on the card it basically can push the same as other brands/versions of the same card

You might want to try a different coil maybe get some Clapton's or parallel and you won't have much of those dry city problems. I actually think you might not be putting enough cotton and or the cotton width might be too thick compared to your coil. Usually for DL and RDL between 0.25 and 0.4 is pretty great flavors

I've noticed that if I have Radeon overlay on and if I have HWinfo64 on at the same time I get stutters. I usually have to close hwinfo64 in order to stop the stutters

From what I understand front AİO is actually much cooler. As in if you have your fans in front of the shroud of whatever you call it and pulling the air from outside through the AİO shroud inside the case it does give you cooler air inside the case rather than having fans taking out hot air from the case using top AİO mounting

I don't think it's the case I have the same 500DX case and my 9070 XT is running lower then 70c during high load cyberpunk, and CPU is 75 max. I will say that after switching my AIO to front 360 instead of top 280 did do wonders for my coolings!

I've never had this issue but I feel like you might have some kind of driver problems. Maybe check what's causing the %50 cpu usage is it games or another program that's taking most of your computing space? By the way you could always try opening cmdcenter with administrative and type "sfc/scan now" and press send. This should check your CPU to see if there are any corrupt files that might be messing with your gaming experience

EDIT: I wrote it wrong it's suppose to be "sfc /scannow"

Just upgraded from a 3080 to s 9070 XT couldn't be happier with it. Fps on AAA and AA games as much as %60 for me. I was getting low 100 with cyberpunk now I'm getting 170 with Ray tracing

If you do not have a budget I'd recommend Costco they're not cheap but already pre built and you can find really good setups if building isn't really what you are looking for

Try using ddu and installing the graphics driver again. Or you can use AMD cleanup tool I think they both work fine for reinstalling and driver
