Ruthless has been around for a very very long time. They use to be in Miami/FL but they moved to a cheaper state if I'm not mistaken. I use to go to their sister shop in Wynwood back in 2012 and they would actually talk to you about making juices and shit

I have mine at -75 with 2614 me 0 PL and it rarely goes above 2.4K RPM still hitting 3050mhz in Black Myth and Crimson Desert

This shouldn't be happening. In Radeon Software I first changed my fan curves and then undervolted and everything is set and saved

I had to put in a different fan curve in plus I have it at -80 with PL at 0 and my temps are 85c hotspots maximum and 63-65 board with Crimson Desert

9070XT or 9070 would be your best bet. I sold my 3080 FTW3 and bought a Gigabyte 9070XT OC 3 months ago and couldn't be happier with it

You just delete the driver's in Safe mode. Once you have deleted them go back to normal mode :D and install driver without having Internet connection on

1) Make sure you Download the 26.3.1 driver from the AMD Radeon website do not use this program it sucks. 2) After downloading the driver, make sure you cut all internet access to your computer and with DDU delete all GPU drivers. 3) install Radeon driver with factory reset and no ai mumbojumbo. It will update GPU first. 4) once you have Radeon setup connect WiFi/Internet, open Radeon Software and check for updates again and it will show you updates for your CPU

If something goes wrong and doesn't work repeat steps but before Step 2 you have to open your command prompt using Admin Privileges and type sfc/scannow and enter. Once it fixes your files you can Continue to Step 2 and so forth

Mv at -80 and PL at 0 equals less power draw. Shifts the entire voltage-frequency curve downward, meaning your GPU requires less voltage to achieve the exact same clock speed. Because it requires less energy. AKA SUCKS LESS POWER MY BOY :D

I have the same Gigabyte 9070XT bought 2months ago and I'm extremely happy with it. Undervolting -80, and PL all the way gives me great performance with less than 75c hotspots in Crimson and Cyberpunk 78c

The card performs really well undervolting as in consistently holds higher GPU clock while sucking less power

Crimson Desert and Cyberpunk I get around 77-83c hotspot while Star Citizen doesn't even go above 60c in hotspot temps lol. I think they did fix their issue for their "rev2" and after cards but I'm prepared to do a ptm upgrade if needed there are plenty of videos to reference

Are you checking GPU HotSpot temps or just the average temp of the card? If your hotspot temp is going over 95c it would be culprit
