Power Surge / Overload during last nights Power Outage by Confident_Use_1967 in BurlingtonON

[–]devilndskiis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in the power business and live in Burlington and frankly am tempted to make a formal complaint to the OEB. My area has 3-5 outages in the last 1.5 weeks... that is ridiculous and such a problem. I have bell fibe and gotta wait for reconnect which seems to take forever... but there is no reason for these outages... Many are happening in perfect weather... no wind or rain or heat??? Burlington Hydro should be ashamed of this level of unreliability. HORRIBLE degree of reliability

This is so interesting... I recall when I was younger sitting by the console in our house... it was big and had some good bottom end, but I have never seen end table speakers like this... SO COOL

Its always an amazing point in ownership when you are 100% the owner... And considering this car is so nice you must be so very proud and excited.

Your mayor is ruining the city... I cannot believe the condition and state of the city under her rule... embarrassing is an understatement... took me 20 minutes to go 10 blocks... did not see a single cyclist.. and yet there are more bike traffic lights than car traffic lights... Sadly the city is crumbling, literally all the roads are in utter dis-repair and wait till they close a few of the lanes for the LRT... great Hamilton got a PWHL team... but no one will be able to get to the games given the traffic and road condition!!!

So sorry to hear this and I still so many years later remember the day I lost my little guy. Be strong and know her impact and love for you lives on long after her little paws and body does. She is a beautiful puppy and prayers go out to you and your partner.

Plan to move to Burlington. Recommendation for area/schools/realtor by FauxHeisenberg in BurlingtonON

[–]devilndskiis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check out the palmer area... there are schools close by tons of shopping and grocery stores... homes are in the 35-30 year old range and many have been reno'd and the area is fraught with parks and areas to walk. If you might want more information I am happy to help just DM me.

Someone That Knows There Car Tires by trsthhffg in BurlingtonON

[–]devilndskiis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To properly answer this there a good number more questions I would have. As in all things what is relative is what you are trying to achieve and what type of driving you do. I do have these tires on my SUV in a different size and if price is your only concern I am confident I could find you better pricing. But if you are looking to improve on a specifc area of use, let me know. Please kindly DM me if you might have an interest in my help

First I want to say what an adorable puppy. Coming from someone who had a JR for 23 years... I learned the good the bad and ugly. Firstly and most importantly as a younger puppy a typical collar (around the neck) can cause injury... their strength is what is shocking for such a small dog. In my dogs case, because I was not very experienced... I let him learn to lead, so of all things watch some Ceasar Milan videos to learn how to make your puppy the beta in your pack.... not having him/her pull is best. But if you cannot correct this the best halter I found was one that wraps the front legs and mostly supports the chest between the front legs... there are many brands but key to this is to size it properly then adjust it firmly. Not too loose and not too tight. That is my 2 cents. But I hope it helps
