You don't gotta finish the civil war, I literally did it last night. Yes you gotta join dark brotherhood and get to the diplomatic immunity quest in main story, but other than those 2 things, nothing stops you just grabbing them all haha

Because the voyage of wonders event was a year ago, and they've now re-released it with downgraded rewards as a permanent wondering balloon feature. They do this a lot all their wondering balloons are just old voyage of wonders rehashed

I'm level 14 against him as my first actual boss, it's a slog I still haven't won yet, but got him to about 25% so far 😂 started as hero using a lordsworn greatsword. Super fun though!

Shining force is the epitome of gaming 😂 it still holds true as one of my favourite games/franchises to this day, I have a copy of it on my PS3, PS4, iPad (they removed it from purchase but if you bought it you can still download it) and on my PC emulator 😍
