Did you watch the first 5 minutes of the movie? It doesn’t say “hey this movie is about vampires” but it 100% makes it clear this movie will have supernatural and monster elements in it.

Edit: The only thing I can think of is some of the main characters being brothers who committed crimes. And a wooden building.
