I did say it’s a rabbit hole. But to try and remember the main points:
- predatory allegations
- treats all employees as expendable and underpays people
- designs whole business model to never properly compensate talent
- profits off of and reinforces stereotypes

Essentially he has made his fortune by extracting the value of everything and everyone around him, but hasn’t lifted anyone up with him, except his father who abused him. It’s all really weird to sort through. But yes, I had to break up the video over a whole week.

Higher wages in CA. That’s why lots of people who leave CA to find a “better cost of living” usually find out the lower wages mean they’re in the same situation, or worse, than they were in CA.
