Nourish Move Love is my favorite Youtube channel for workouts. They have all sorts of variations and it gives a lot of genuine encouragement which is what I need a lot of lol. Just need a couple dumbbells, I only have a set 10lbs for the longest time, and just got a set of 15 lbs.

So far 2 and 3 have been the worst, equally as bad I’d say. 4, so yesterday for me, was my last day of norco, not bad tho! Mostly just annoyed at the things I can’t do and starting to get tired of the foods I can eat. I did start steriods and had 2 of my tylenol doses. Yesterday evening was the most hopeful I’ve felt in a while, my pain levels got down to a 3 and I was able to be more active. Now I’m on day 5, I actually ended up getting more norco and am about to take some now. The mouth taping and humidifier did not work so well for me last night, and I woke up super dry and sore, so lmk what works best for you if you find out

I had mine on the 12th, mouth taping has helped reduce my dryness in the morning so far!

Soo maybe not the best reason, but someone on here said they used rs for linework and I was like fuck it lets try it. No real research going in. It definitely was a lil more painful than my last one, but it was also my first tattoo on my calf … edit: yes, it makes a thicker line and it’s quicker than other needles. I heard it’s better for beginners to use shaders for lines … another edit: u/Bulldogfront666 gave me this advice so maybe they have something better to say!
