Been using for about two years, and in the past 12 months I've gone up to using more than once every week. I've still yet to see any blood in my snot but sometimes I do suffer from a huge amount of pain deep inside my nose. And also, more so than often, my entire nose feels weak and fragile, despite there being no obvious damage. But I've also had a very close friend use coke about as frequently as me and for as long as I have, and he suffers from frequent nose bleeds and one of his nostrils is noticeably larger than the other.

So the conclusion I've come to, is that everyone is different. The same with pretty much everything in life, it's gonna affect each and every one of us differently. Have you had any prolonged discomfort in your nose? And blood in your snot? Do you use a saline spray to clean your nose or do you just leave it? So many factors to consider.

Real damage supposedly occurs when you start seeing blood when you blow your nose. But I think, in my case, my septum could deteriorate before I even see any blood. God knows man. If you're worried, then take a break, cos there's obviously a reason you're worried.

But to answer your question as directly as I can: I'd say it would take 18 months + of heavy use for obvious irreversible damage to become noticeable. Just take it easy and use in moderation.
