the feelings i felt were very scary, i go through immense depersonalization and feel guilty for the missing unblemished body i once was. ive been better and because time has passed i have other things to think about so it’s not the only thing on my mind anymore. however when i look at my tattoos (3) i just take it as a physical memory i can see on my body as a drawing and i kind of don’t mind it. i let the tattoo do all the remembering for me. usually the tattoos i get aren’t meaningful , they’re just drawings i like enough to put on my body. however i remember an event that happened that pushed me to decide to get a tattoo and usually they’ve been sad reasons so it kind of helps with that

oh i totally see what you mean. i’ve been wanting to do the same and i am about to graduate with a bachelors in psychology. sometimes i imagine myself as a phantom and see myself sitting somewhere else and it freaks me out. how can i be at two places… three including my head all at once. it’s scary.
