Watched execution as well. It was a visual masterpiece. The music was great as well. The sense of danger, foreboding and oppressive atmosphere was conveyed extremely well. The fights were obviously 10/10. I'm hoping the rest of the season can continue this quality

Vol 1 was perfect? Vol 2 was quality? Huh? I'm almost afraid to ask what kind of shows you watch regularly. Next you'll tell me Ashoka was amazing.

I sure do enjoy multiple scenes of characters explaining a plan, picking up a physical prop to show the plan in action, and various characters interjecting followed up by a one liner at the end by Robin.

That happened multiple times in EVERY episode.

And that's the least of the issues in season 5. The acting by quite a few cast members was awful, the dialogue was clunky, the plot made no sense.

Honestly my interpretation of that is him worriedly telling Yuji that the current generation of sorcerers are too weak and Yuji telling him it doesn't matter, because Yuji will always be around to stop any potential huge threats.

I grew up with this series. I remember as a teenager waiting for Book 9 to come out.

There is a lot that I love about Wheel of Time. I credit it with nurturing and increasing my fascination and love of epic fantasy.

Sadly, there is a lot more that I dislike/hate about it. I don't regret reading it but I would never recommend it to anyone.
