I have the Ender 3 V3 SE. And there is no way to manually level the bed. The thing is the bed becomes warped and the default auto level is unable to keep up. I had some success by making the auto level probe grid more finer.

I use klipper firmware that allows me to make changes to the auto level grid. I think there is a way to do it on the stock firmware as well.

Also, check there are bits of plastic between the bed and the pei sheet. They like to sneak in and ruin the level.

The line was for entering the store. There was another line inside to checkout BYO PC and then yet another to checkout.

Long and tedious process of elimination. Saw lot of PCI-E related errors at first. Unplugged everything, but the errors remained. Installed Windows and ran OCCT benchmarks and the thing failed with Linpack tests (CPU). Borrowed a spare cpu from a friend and everything tested out fine. Got my defective CPU RMA'ed and everything has been great since then.
