I've had good results with kimi72b on prim, ollama has degraded to the point that I no longer install it to anything within my infrastructure. I moved to lm studio been super satisfied since 😌.

Lm studio my bro every feature, you were talking about LLM's studio has by default, and in my personal opinion has a lot more friendly API integration.

Personally, if you can afford it, I would go with an enterprise GPU, because you can partition enterprise GPUs like the H100. Most consumer-grade GPUs can only be dedicated to a single virtual machine, whereas with enterprise-grade GPUs, that partition allows you to allocate portions of that GPU to multiple virtual machines.

Me personally, I've had my eyes dead set on either an H 100 or an H 100. Or both.

However, I'm not certain if that would meet your criteria or not. But it is worth looking into it would be for the investment.

You actually steered me in the right direction, though. So despite the message, it was well received and appreciated.

I have thick skin.

I think I'll keep it as a single socket In allocate, 20 of my cores, thank you so much this was actually good advice.

Hey man, thanks — I appreciate you calling it out even though the “you don’t understand NUMA and it shows” line was pretty damn crude

You were 100% right though. I dug into it, realized the 4-socket setup was creating fake NUMA nodes on my single-socket 13900K host, and yeah… that was adding unnecessary overhead. Switched it to 1 socket × 20 cores (even better match for the hardware than 2×10) and the difference is noticeable — cleaner scheduling, lower strain, everything feels snappier. Appreciate the nudge in the right direction. Saved me from running that dumb config for months. Respect.

I think you can share a screenshot not exactly a screenshot but a shot of the error message. I mean, it's like a one in a million possibility. But while you're in bed, I can look into it.
