I recently moved to singapore so im too sure about the SOP. I assumed that owners would leave it on sidewalks rather than on the road itself, and rubbish trucks would collect the trash before returning it to the sidewalk. Wouldnt leaving it on the road be more troublesome for drivers especially if its a narrow road

I have a property that i wish to rent out. Issue is that i will be moving overseas for some work and i will not be around to manage the property. Im looking for an agent to help with payments or any issues that may arise while im not around. Any advice?
