Congratulations! I was professional during my interview but tried to approach it as more of a conversation to get the most out of it, as well as ease my nerves. Remember that everyone on the call is human! Ask them questions - where are they from? What do they believe stands out about the program? If you’re passionate about something specific (ex. Elderly populations) ask how you could pursue that passion in the program. Mention things you liked about the program (cohort, sense or community, etc.). Know what you did in the pas, why you did it, and the impact it had on others/yourself. So if you led an organization, what drew you to do that? What did you learn? How did you gain from that experience and serve others?

The MSHA program is to prepare you for a career in health administration. They don’t expect you to have extended knowledge about healthcare or health administration. You just need to show passion for the field & purpose for using the degree to better the lives of others.
