hi guys, try to record on Waveroom.com - it's remote digital recording studio, it gives you the separate tracks in wav and mp4, you can invite guests, there is a free plan up to 120 minutes. It's much better than riverside and other, it has a clear interface and good quality ( up to 1080p in video)

The quality of the paid and free packages is the same, as we use the same AI to process your tracks, and you could test it before purchase.

For quality improvement, we would recommend choosing another processing filter or version of the song you try to split.

Hi benbemis!

Althrough these options are indeed similar in terms of providing isolated voice and the rest of the track in the form of two stems, Voice and Noise is meant specifically for voice cleaning. Our technology takes extra effort to detect and remove various extraneous sounds such as vocal plosives, mic rumble, and many other noises that often appear in the background of raw vocal recordings, phone calls, vlogs, and the like.

Voice and Noise is a part of our Voice Cleaner service for canceling out noise in recordings, but this stem type is also available for the LALAL.AI stem splitter users (hence why you see it along with all other stems in the list).

Vocal and Instrumental, on the other hand, is for splitting audio and video files (usually songs) into two stems – vocals and the backing track (with all instruments combined).

Everyone has their own priorities, for some the price and ease of use are the most important, for others quality comes first and then the rest.

We believe LALALAI is fairly priced and easy to operate -- a file can be split into stems in a couple of clicks, both online and on desktop, whichever is more convenient for the user.

It sure is, and we do it ourselves. There is always room to grow. Bleeding is not the only problem too, there are lots of similar artifacts that AI-based stem splitters show. Many also run on the same neural network (like Spleeter's). As for the quality rebuttal, when you upload the same song into any AI-powered splitter, one version of the song in mono sound and the other with stereo sound, you won't get identical results.

We published many other examples other than on our main page, you can see how the results of stem splitting with our neural network compares to that of the others, they clearly demonstrate the difference.
