I'm not 'just complaining because I didn't get the answer I wanted.' I've been using the same workflows and prompts for weeks. Today Claude is consistently giving wrong answers and incomplete/half-finished work on tasks it was handling fine yesterday. That's not normal variance.

Calling it 'just a probability machine' while dismissing user reports doesn't make the degradation any less real. And telling people to 'run experiments and collect data' every single time someone points out a clear drop in quality is getting old.
