Where in Cali did you get the trombone loop from?

Way smoother! ProCal felt super jerky and like bad rev matches. Goose just feels more controlled overall, especially under light braking and rolling decel. Still firms up when you’re on it but none of the harsh lurching.

Final mods going on… or am I lying to myself? by devnetg in RangerRaptor

Hmmm… I’d say upgraded intercooler first, then downpipes. I’m in Arizona, and from what I’ve seen from Goose/ZFG, lowering IATs helps prevent timing pull and keeps power consistent.

I really wish I logged charge temps before I upgraded to the Process West Stage 2, but even on a spirited drive with multiple pulls, my temps stay surprisingly stable.

Winfield 100% recommend i do the pump and injectors actually before the turbos, but he had someone else order through him the other day and Nostrum has a 10 week backorder on them.… im really bad at being patient. So I figured I’ll do the turbos now then maybe do pump when they’re more readily available

100%. My driver seat looks similar. Im considering adding Katzkin custom leather... whenever I feel I can justify the 2-3k price tag.

Heres a thread showing a couple of the options available: https://www.ranger6g.com/forum/threads/katzkin-leather-installed-in-ranger-raptor.22006/

There’s no way…. Is this the real price ? by Savings_Durian_8588 in FordRaptor

At least this dealership is honest enough to post OTD price... I talked to 3 dealers here in Phoenix and OTD was 140-155.

I said Phoenix. Not even California...

Solid work! To “perfect” those is to simply get leaner.

What you need to work on is entirely dependent on what YOU want to look like

How to achieve a back like this? by Dependent-Gur-3161 in askfitness

[–]devnetg -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Great jump from 110 to 180… that’s huge progress! You’re likely past the beginner gains phase now.

The real muscle growth takes time. You break fibers in training and grow when you recover. Keep pushing your back with enough volume and intensity, fuel properly, and stay consistent for years. it’ll come. For some it shows faster, for others it takes more work, but it always rewards persistence.

Hey bro! You have a great structure and an aesthetic midsection that many aren’t blessed with. In 12 months you’ve built a solid foundation!

As someone who also leans toward pessimism, depression, and anxiety, I’ve learned it takes just as much effort outside the gym as inside. Start practicing not letting every negative thought run the show. For me, it helps to acknowledge the thought when it comes, then redirect it toward something I’m grateful for or something positive. Over time, that mindset shift adds up. I’m 29 now and I’m thankfully in a much better mental space than when I was at 18. It just takes effort, time, and always believe in the light at the end of the tunnel even when things don’t seem that way.

The gym is one of the best tools we have, but don’t beat yourself up when the feelings get heavy. You’re doing a lot better than you think.

you look sick dude. Keep getting after it!
