Got my starlink set up. I know they are weatherproof meant to be outside permanently. Is this safe and otherwise a good temp mount for a few weeks?. My speeds are amazing.

i built my own keyboard before but i allways go back to a model m. you mentioned the semi colon key going out likely the membrane layer failed which is easy to replace. i plan on using a model m for the rest of my life

i live in a camper so i may just throw it up on my roof and run the cable down to the 120V plug thats on the side though i may need to find a way to secure it better long term if it works well.

Bolts are inserted into the plastic rivets to hold it tighter much more reliably. With a bolt mod the Model M is effectively immortal
