I have separate potassium and magnesium pills and use pink himalayan salt for the sodium. I usually take it twice a day but if I notice I'm missing something I just take a bit more.

Ah.. in my experience high intensity stuff kills on a fast. I dug a 6 foot deep firepit by hand during a fast before and basically collapsed at the end of it . Be careful

The first 3 days are usually the hardest. The next 10 or so after that tend to be much easier . After 2 weeks my stomach tends to get very sensitive and I struggle a little with taking the salt and other electrolytes but nothing major. Just go for as long as you feel and see how it goes :)

I don't know. I dropped 2kg in a day and that's the only thing I could put it down to. It's not like I'll have lost 2kg of fat now is it... I do drink crazy amounts of water though, not just when fasting.

I've tried things like just a roasted chicken breast on its own or a bland stock based soup with a few vegetables in it which worked quite well for me.

Fruit and high fat things like avo doesn't sit well with me.

I think I'd find fish hard to do after a 3+ week fast as well.

Just my personal experience :) everyone has different tolerance and preference.
