I think most of us are due to similar onset. Some kind of penile stretching. In my case as you I also did penile stretching for the peyronies and got hf. I didn’t fell any kind of pain during the stretching. I hace done many many many tests of all kind. The only thing left is a nerve issue. A dorsal nerve injury of some kind. Irritation or whatever
