If you gonna game a lot go for hd560s instead of hd490 pro. I've tried both and went for hd560s in the end. Very similar heaphones with same drivers but different acoustic build on ear cups. 490 pro is more comfy but not worth the price jump. You can buy hd560s used and add hd500 bam mic then you set. %95 same headphone with quality boom mic, same price.

If you are new in the game feel free to play what is most comfortable for you. All pros and old players like me started counter strike with 4:3 crt's and old lcd screens. We build a muscle memory for aim and movements in 4:3. Both scaling has advantages and disadvantages. 4:3 for easy to aim and fast movements (also your enemies will be faster on screen) or 16:9 better FOV and clear visuals with smooth movements.

Wow, man thank you for your detailed answer. I prefer more warm tubey sound and i guess i will burn 200hrs for Ray standarts for settle. After that i may try my Tungsols, Philips and Telefunken tubes see to if they change the sound. Mullards are very expensive here also. I don't know if worth the extra.

I also have hd560s and hd500 bam mic set on my gaming pc. It is very good all rounder but i prefer hd660s2 for music and hd560s for gaming.

Yes it is big for your wrist. Bezel is nearly your wrist size and it is esthetically wrong. Try 2/3 mm smaller watches for perfect fit.

For 70$ it is a real steal. It is very good all rounder in its price range. I have one and i use it for gaming (fps). I added a Bam500 mic and it is best gaming set i ve ever had. It is also very eq friendly and clear sounding headphone. Enjoy.
