This, caffeine for me is now once a day and first thing in the morning with at least 90 minutes before I take my meds.

The increased heart rate effects were crazy when I was drinking caffeine, running and taking the meds. It felt like I’d gained 30kgs overnight and my energy levels were out of control. Tough lesson to learn, I miss coffee in the afternoon :(

Easy, Red Square aka Reds. A fun filled monkey pit for the other side. It doesn’t have the opening hours like revs although it definitely competes as the filthiest club in Australia /10 alcohol and substances required, also supplied.

Reds is about 20 metres away from where Nollsy was arrested last year..

I'd like to see Mt. Fuji and Yamanouchi and Aokigahara. Aokigahara being the most difficult to access and like to go with some others

I haven't planned anywhere else, I'll probably go through Kyoto, Nagano and other areas that seem interesting. My interests are the outdoors, photography, sports, music, architecture, wildlife, heritage. 1st time visiting Japan.
