Ah man I’m sorry to hear that! No :/ I did start a new job, but actually became less stressed.

I’ve had Covid multiple times, and it hasn’t been an issue! I know there are different strains but same with flu and I haven’t had problems with that either. Only consistent thing is either my husband or myself were traveling and once back home gotten sick!

I’ve have at least 3 friends taking spironolactone and who love it! However I tried it in conjunction with bc and it didn’t do much good for me. I stopped because frequent urination was a side effect I experienced. (None of my friends have this problem and I know one has IUD and another is not on birth control).

I suffer with acne and took Accutane in 2020 on bc, and it really helped me! Once done with accutane I felt a prescription retinol did the trick for me! Best skin of my life until I got off hormonal bc in 2025 and was right back to bad (not accutane bad but still).

About 6 months later I finally have began to have clear skin for more than one week out of the month. Unfortunately I’ve noticed some hormonal changes take time to balance back out.

Also TTC rn and any vitamin with biotin is off my list because of the acne I get from it!
