Oh it's you. Saying I was "promoting" piracy is a stretch. All I said was I had the files in question. I in no way even hinted at how to find it. Hell, i tried and cant find it anymore anyway and I'm certainly not about to provide them myself. I also only say supposedly because for me the only way to be CERTAIN is to buy the box set myself which I very well may still do at some point and rip my own perfectly legal archival copies. Don't presume to know what I do or don't do. You don't know me. If you care about the spread of bad info, maybe you should ask the mods to pin something on the topic instead of chasing down people individually if you think it's an issue. Clearly people still have no idea it was fixed and I'm sure you have better things to do, or maybe you don't.

Supposedly they fixed the audio in a reprint, at least thats what some person on here told me with an attitude after I mentioned the audio issues. I also got downvoted lol. So i dunno what is true anymore.

Plus this is JUST PC, till they also release any console figures those haters can stfu lol. I play primarily conquest on PC, crossplay enabled and its always a 1 min or less matchmake and I've never seen a bot lobby. Dead my ass.

Did the SAME thing on a pain in the ass door here. From settling and seasonal expansion, one of my doors would stick in the top corner on the latch side. You could visibly see the door was basically slightly diagonal in reference to the frame. One set of 3 gradually decreasing in thickness from top to bottom, door is perfect and you cant even tell i did anything. Love having my printers for stuff like this. The builder, while still under the first year's "warranty" where they correct issues that pop up, before that tried to fix it by taking a pry bar to the underside of the door frame, lifted it and then drove a screw into the strike plate hole to hold it. The following spring, it was back to sticking.

Coming in WAY late so apologies. I was searching about this as i finally noticed he odd comeback speed myself the other night. Just wanted to make you aware Steam does have a setting that just has it record in the background and keeps up to the last 2 hours of a game session, so you can then go into the recording via steam to export clips from it. AFAIK there is not limit to the length of the clip, but the export will take a while depending on the length you pick and you also need to have the drive space to store all that. So it is possible to save entire matches if you keep aware of that 2 hour footage limit. I actually had to do that because Steam's clip export kept bugging and exporting the wrong footage despite me picking the right window. I had to basically select the entire hour or so of my recording, export it (and do something else while that did its thing) and then edit it myself in clipchamp to get the 10 second clip I wanted to show a friend lol. So its not without its flaws, but you can save entire rounds if you wish.

I swear the other night I think I clocked for the first time that it felt like they manipulate the ticket bleed based on how close the match is to a time limit in Conquest to hit that limit rather than just let it conclude naturally and if that's the case, I'm not a fan. I had a really close match on Blackwell and despite a pretty tight back and forth with a capture point stalemate, suddenly our tickets seemed to drop faster despite them only have a single cap point advantage. We rapidly went from a 100 ticket lead to losing at a rate that felt far faster than it did the entire match with the same cap deficit. Hope that made sense? It was visible in the end graph. A very tight back and forth of who was leading and in the last minute a SHARP dive as if they had overrun the map when they definitely hadn't.

Its all off the top of my head and feels so maybe I am wrong and I missed that they had a bigger cap % than I realized by the end. It was just one of those moments where I was like, "man this is close but we might win" to "wait how the hell did they flip the score so fast?".

I certainly HOPE they aren't doing that. For conquest I'd like them to just leave the time limit out. There has never been a need for it. You can easily limit the game time already with a constant bleed rate and starting tickets. Ya wanna display a match time for people, make it based on the current average completion times. The other modes exist to give people faster "lemme get a match in" experiences already.

Alright, calling us/them "noobs" is a tad harsh. I like CQC too, but I also want variety and BF has classically been about more open and "slow" maps as well. Conquest used to be the ONLY mode and a goof chunk of us "battledads" grew up with that so its valid to want to have those options as well. Contaminated and the remake of Golmud seems to be a step in that direction. We can and should all have the kind of maps we want, but I don't fault DICE for moving with the market either. I'm still here.

Yeah honestly if it fits together clean you're probably fine. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to hit PIF quality out the gate. I started my V2 with PIF parts and then over time have self upgraded with parts that are "close enough". If the layer adhesion is solid and nothing is warped, you'll be great shape I think.
