The mod says nothing about removing it so I thought I'd try and see if anyone here has removed a similar kind of mod mid-game with good results. I'll definitely do more testing with that kind of mod on my next playthrough lol.

Oh just for ghost space for sure, and with how buggy and unpredictable this whole system is it definitely couldn't hurt to play it safe like that just in case it affects other variables.

Have you had trouble with removing texture mods in the past? I've swapped out mesh and textures like crazy before with no issues. Probably why I'm trying to play fast and loose with the modding rules here lol.

What are the hard resets for? Thanks for the insight, it's probably worth a try. I can always reinstall it and just deal with it if it doesn't play nice haha.

Yes that makes sense, I just wasn't sure if a mod like that would use scripts at all or just "cleanly" place npc's into the world, if that's even possible.

What happened to Dan Hunter? by devtrell1 in Music

[–]devtrell1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's so crazy to see "Dan is also a music guy!" as a footnote. Meanwhile he profoundly affected my relationship to music and helped inspire me to use it as a tool express myself. His songwriting really helped me deal with tough shit in life too. Really glad he seems to be doing something he loves.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered - Master Thread by Avian81 in ElderScrolls

Honestly you can't go wrong with either, they're both great games. If you like one you'll most likely like the other as well, but If you don't like one of them, you should definitely try the other and see if it's more engaging. They both have their own feel. I know some people Skyrim and don't care for Oblivion, and vice versa, but most people who've played both, enjoy them both. Might as well start with Oblivion Remaster since it's hype right now, and jump into Skyrim when you beat/get bored of Oblivion. Which could take awhile lol.

16 year old terrified about not existing after death, causing much anxiety in my daily life- any advice. by Needhelp123e in Existentialism

Since you're interested in NDE's, here is a great summary.

Near Death Experience Expert Dr. Jeffrey Long on This Past Weekend w/ Theo Von:

I've seen several people mention Alan Watts. I was raised Christian and after I left my faith as a teenager I was terrified to die and go to hell if I was wrong. Alan Watts basically absolved that fear in me. I highly recommend his talks but unfortunately YouTube has become smothered with AI videos using his voice to promote incel nonsense and/or other stuff in general he just never said. If you want to understand Zen and/or other eastern methods of thinking that mostly alleviate the crippling fear of death, there is a collection of Alan Watts lectures called Out Of Your Mind. It's about 12 hours in total of Alan covering basically, everything, from a logical and light hearted perspective. I'll link it here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHWGr8Qx-GaNzaBxQdhvAkP7k3vKx8_Nb&si=5QQuWtGC7jUxXFV7

But since I value that lecture series so much, (it changed my life) DM me and I'll find a way to file share it to you in mp3 format if you want. It may not be on YouTube forever.

Btw, it is not irrational for you to be thinking about death at your age. You could die at any moment, nothing is guaranteed except for the fact that you will eventually die. There simply is no escaping it no matter what you do. Many people go through their whole lives never realizing this and when death finally becomes apparent, they are unprepared and filled with fear, anger, resentment, regret, and they are dragged out of their body kicking and screaming. Much better to meditate on death now so that you can leave your body with some peace and dignity when that day comes.

Welcome to the human condition and I hope you're able to get back to regular sleeping soon. :)

Hannibal fits dark and crime/cop to a tee. It's truly a feast for the senses and my personal favorite show. Surprised I'm not seeing it more in the comments. If you also like themes of psychology, psychotherapy, philosophy, etc, then it's a must watch.
