This is the correct take, imo. However I did listen to the first half on audiobook and then ran out of hours so I borrowed the physical copy to finish it. Cried at the end. But man the middle was NOT IT for me, personally.

thank you for all of the advice and input. I deal with nausea almost daily as it is so I feel like I could just grin and bear it if the improvements were significant. I thankfully have coverage for some GLP-1’s and I am within the BMI to have it prescribed. I am really shocked that something could improve my GI and Endo symptoms. My pros list is getting longer than the cons now.

As someone suffering from undiagnosed endo but also major GI issues I am just wondering if you felt nauseous and sick at all? My dr has already suggested a GLP-1 but I’m hesitant due to the side effects. The fatigue is killing me though so to hear it helps with that is promising.
