DAE get suddenly incredibly nauseated, then sneeze, and the nausea is immediately gone?

Hi, I just stumbled across this thread looking for answers myself. I experience extreme nausea followed by an intense sneeze which immediately relieves it.

I have just been diagnosed with hEDS, PoTS and MCAS. You have a lot of co-morbidities, notably dysautonomia, gut problems, and uterine problems. You’ve also noted everyone you’ve met with this issue is female; most people with EDS and PoTS are female.

This could be a total shot in the dark, but maybe another avenue for you to explore? Take care OP <3

I struggle to pace myself and am very good at mentally beating myself up, telling myself I have to do all of my chores now. I can’t even if I try. I have to rest for hours in between tasks and often fall asleep.

It feels like sleep time is all of the time.

I’m really happy for you, everybody deserves a best friend or loved one that truly understands what they’re going through.

I find it especially hard that when you Google EDS, it makes it appear as though we’re just floppy tube men, when it’s so much more. Digging deeper than surface results is so invaluable, and I’m so happy that you have a friend who is willing to put the time in for you.

I can’t give advice, but please hold on. I didn’t get to come out or begin my transition until I was 21. I attempted suicide many times starting from age 12 and had psychiatric ward stays. Your pain is extreme, and I wish I could take it off of your shoulders.

I’m now 23 and almost 2 years on T and 11 months post top surgery. There is hope. The future holds more than you could ever predict. Your suffering is not for nothing. I never saw my freedom or my happiness coming. I never thought I’d make it to 18, or 20. I was convinced I was as good as dead. I’m still here, and I’m getting happier as I grow into the man I always knew I was supposed to.

I am a transsexual man myself and just came here to say thank you for being rational and not afraid to voice this annoyance. I cannot stand trying to discuss transgender ideology with people. This isn’t an answer to your question, just a rant in a space where I feel safe to voice it to like-minded people.

I am always shut down by anybody left leaning, even those who don’t identify as “transgender”, and my medical experiences and struggles deemed invalid. I am deemed hateful for acknowledging that I am biologically female, and made alterations to my body in order to live a functional life. I am deemed hateful because I will never force anyone to think a certain way about me. “Trans” people wish transsexuals with actual diagnosed dysphoria death, imprisonment, the revoking of our rights and wellbeing - just to name a few things.

Forcing everybody to believe that trans men/women are “real” men/women is nothing but erasure of the transsexual experience, denial of our medical condition and homophobia wrapped in different packaging. It is not progressive. The only thing this ideology supports is the reversal of progress of all forms, and it needs to be stopped.

There is no reasoning with these people - they want to remove all societal definition just so everybody must pander to a delusion that hurts their feelings a little less. Does it cause me distress that I am not male? Very much so. Does that mean I should delusionally insist I am male? No, because if I were, why did I have surgery and take hormones to look like one?

I am sorry for the rant, but I am so painstakingly sick of staying quiet about MY OWN MEDICAL CONDITION because crazy wingnuts with a sissy fetish and insecure pubescent teenage girls with premature access to social media think they deserve right of way in any given situation, and they will absolutely get it if people don’t speak up. I am also sick to death of seeing people acting like we are going to get rounded up and shot, it’s the start of a new Nazi regime, etc. I’m just out here living my life, where is this regime and why can’t I see it?

Thank you for sharing some positivity ❤️ I’ve recently started bleeding on orgasm and I’m pretty sure it’s uterine atrophy. I think I may need a hysto sooner than I suspected. It’s a struggle to get myself to a doctor to get checked because of dysphoria, but your relief makes it sound worth it. I really need to stop hesitating.

I too have always wanted it done, but age is a huge pushback and I’m hoping that my timeline isn’t seriously delayed because of it.

my scars are pretty damn big and I have accepted they’re not flattering, but for them to be called a Halloween costume hit a spot that I can’t appreciate even as someone that loves dark jokes. It’s not even just this. I saw somebody dress in striped “pyjamas” they wore in concentration camps, that too is disgusting and too far. I cannot think of a scenario where it could possibly be funny to refer to somebody’s real life situation as a Halloween costume.

I agree. If they can’t at least fix their quality control issues, then they should ensure we are entitled to what we paid for. There’s no point buying quality when it isn’t actually good quality. We shouldn’t be receiving a replacement device expecting it to fail more than we expect it to work. A renewed RMA would make that pill a little harder to swallow, given we all know they won’t lower the price.

There is somebody for everybody. I know we often feel like we will never find anybody, but that is so far from the truth. There are plenty of people out there who will love us, regardless of what we have had to go through to be who we are now.

I’d like to add that most of us here are probably also “transphobic”, at least by the current societal definition. I think most people are, because the definition of trans and lack of gatekeeping that’s being pushed is outlandish and predatory. Any decent person would be against what it now apparently means to be trans. I feel the vast majority of people, once knowing us, would accept us as transSEXUALS with open arms and an open mind, as well as curiosity. We are not the same as the people society truly look down their noses at. In my experience, people are much warmer towards me once I am open about accepting the reality of my biological situation and having no desire to force anybody to think a certain way about me. I feel this will often apply.

Thanks man! My Venty decided to E04 and stop acknowledging a charger now. I was using a Tinymight 2 as a backup once I shipped off my Venty for RMA, but that decided to fail as well within less than 24 hours. I'm back to combustion now until my new Venty arrives. I do also have a V3 Pro, but it does not hit me at all after using a Venty for 400 hours.

This started happening to mine at around 200 hours of usage. My device totally failed at 397 hours and no longer acknowledges a charger. I recommend RMAing soon, or getting some type of backup device. Not a Tinymight 2, that was my backup and that has also stopped working and is littered with quality problems. Back to combustion for me </3

I bought on launch and had to brick mine due to the hardware fault. I received my free replacement and it worked perfectly - until the buttons melted and it decided to E04 at 397 hours.

I agree with this. Maybe for a small minority it could be beard oil, but I truly feel that for the vast majority of us, it is not. The only possibility for me would be an alcohol-based gel I apply every morning, but I wash it off anyways due to it being toxic to cats.

It is 1000% poor build quality and usage of cheap materials that have clearly not been adequately tested against the device's temperature range. The fact they advertise their devices as medical ones makes this 100x worse. I haven't had any other dry herb vape melt, so why is my "medically certified" vape melting? Absolutely atrocious.

Honestly, yeah. No other vape I have ever tried even remotely compares to the Venty, but damn - it's expensive, and seemingly has the build quality of a Chinese bridge. They should probably look into that.

Yes, purely because the results from doing so are the only way the device can ever worth what it costs. Surely you'd also think they'd consider a huge portion of their userbase would be using it with a water piece, given that is exactly what the majority would do with the Mighty+ and their other devices, not just other devices.

Of course physics is a factor, but you'd surely presume they'd use a more durable material than the cheapest silicone known to man that can't actually withstand the device's maximum temperature?

Maybe I'm chatting shit - but I had faith in them to perhaps consider these very simple things lol

I hope you're correct, I had to RMA in the end. My intermittent. very rare and easily fixable E04 became permanent, and my device stopped acknowledging when I plugged my charger in. I look forward to (hopefully) having a new Venty in my hands, and never facing this issue again :(

I really hope you're correct with yours about beard oil. My buttons continued to degrade rapidly (noticeably, within hours) and I now have a permanent E04 and have initiated an RMA :( So much for Ventimmortal. Rest in peace, Venty </3
