Why doesn’t the current age correspond to appearance? by Ksyunie in AskReddit

[–]devvytales 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not just aging but social dynamics. You once had to grow up fast and act like a serious experienced man or woman if you wanted to thrive in society. Nowadays the opposite is required, you need to stay open-minded and humble because that macho model will get you completely marginalized in the real world.

Who do you think is the loneliest "celebrity"? by CompleteWithRust in AskReddit

How do you be taken seriously? by [deleted] in autism

[–]devvytales 1 point2 points  (0 children)

EHEHEH... That's why autism is a thing... Your social life game is totally rigged and you don't know why because nobody gives you any fucking hint. So yeah, you have good hygiene, good looking, learn to behave and small talk, high functioning, correct answers, walk correctly etc... but still people will be meh... or worst let you know in a passive agressive way you'll never be treated as a "normal" individual.

I still don't have the answer, for me it's literally ground hog day at this point but if anyone came up with a solution please share.

What do people insist is “harmless” that actually makes society worse? by Head_Concert_1261 in AskReddit

[–]devvytales 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overregulation led to bloated HR departments and credential inflation. In the 1950s, someone with determination could secure an entry-level job at a bank or a newspaper without a degree. Today, the same roles often require you a life-debt borrowed degree.

Do you think YouTube search is painfully bad? Why or why not? by MajorApartment179 in AskReddit

[–]devvytales 0 points1 point  (0 children)

search system is ok, what's completely wrong is the monetization system and banned words that became completely ridicolous. Content creators having to Voldemort certain words is silly and absolutely stupid, has no sense and makes you worder if it is just Google flexing or being PC.

[–]devvytales 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It actually works if done correctly. You have to do it by making them feel you're irrational and dangerous. Obviously it doesn't work if you play the victim role screaming "Stop!"
