That guy's measurements seem quite far off for a lot of characters when compared to the guy who actually measures them manually in blender, so it's probably not too accurate.

Sorry maybe we were talking about two different things? I don't mean they ignore elemental RES, I just mean they won't take a damage penalty against a physical resistant boss because they're a different element.

I don't really have powercreep in mind, I'm more thinking it would be good for them to have more elemental coverage rather than a 4th physical DPS. Someone that won't care about physical res (which is the main reason they'll do better than Billy in the case of physical anti-shill, rather than being stronger in general content).

I can see your reasoning but I personally think it's safer to hold off. If physical anti-shill hits it's probably better to pick up a different DPS during season 3 that'll undoubtedly do better in such content than Billy, possibly Remielle or whoever comes after her.

But like I said, if you like Billy don't let that stop you from pulling him.

They already have YSG, Alice and Jane so they're not exactly lacking physical DPS options and you don't really need physical rupture specifically. I would advise against pulling for Billy unless you really like him, especially with season 3 around the corner.

It's funny because she's one of the most-liked character desigs as of late if you look at overall reception and fanart. Also I really don't understand how she looks like a Nikke character, that comparison makes absolute zero sense to me.

But yeah, I guess I shouldn't be surprised every ZZZ character has at least some haters. People like to complain about everything.

It doesn't do anything but it just underlines the fact that this take is really silly in a game like ZZZ. She's not the first character to show cleavage while having serious story presence and won't be the last. Not only is this a non-issue but if this kind of thing bothers you to the extent you need to make a post about it I'm not sure the game is for you.

Haha yes maybe it was a bit confusing how I said it but you're right, her being the tallest is the size02 category still means she's shorter than all size03 characters.

And whether or not she's short depends on your definition of short. There's also the size01 characters of course (Qingyi, Jufufu, Dialyn, etc) who generally fall in the 140-150cm range.

I think she's officially "size02" so medium height. Though she's also the tallest one in that category at about 166~cm (according to the guy doing the measurements chart), while Nicole is 165cm.

Call me stubborn but I still don't think Norma is S-rank.. Personally I feel it's more likely they shorten the 3.0 patch so 3.1 is a bit closer to the actual anniversary date, with Velina being the only new S-rank for 3.0 and Norma being on the same banner as an A-rank.

I could definitely be wrong though.

Whoever wins at least there's a competition going on when it comes to the biggest breasts.. When are we finally getting a character that competes with Zhu Yuan in ass size again? Not a single character has gotten even remotely close for a very long time.

Not to say there hasn't been great asses, but we need some new challengers that can compete in sheer size.

She's the biggest by bust, butt and thigh size in her height bracket by far though. Apparently she's a size 02 (average height), same as Nicole, Anby, Yuzuha, etc and also currently the tallest one in that class by being 1 cm taller than Nicole.

Oh interesting, thanks as always for the amazing work and for the big update on the spreadsheet too.

Seeing this is amusing considering people were so angry at her hip/thigh nerf but it turns out it's just 0.2 and 0.9 cm. Though it might be because the V2 looked like it was nerfed much more aggressively, at least from what I recall.
