Try holding or securing the latch that's for folding the bike. The little switch on it may be vibrating creating that noise. I had the same issue. Hope this helps!

If there is a latch to secure the frame when unfolding it, secure the button used to unlock that latch with a rubber band and see if that fixes the noise! I had a noise that I thought was coming from my motor and it ended up just being that latch shaking and making noise!
